Position: Appian Solutions Architect at Cogency Inc.
Lead and innovate at Cogency Inc. as an Appian Solutions Architect in a remote full-time role. Drive business development, solution architecture, and delivery leadership to enhance our Appian practice.

As a seasoned Appian Solutions Architect, you will spearhead our growth in Canada while managing pre-sales activities and solution delivery. You will play a pivotal role in developing enterprise-scale Appian solutions, from client proposals to architecture design and team leadership. Your expertise will guide the successful execution of Appian projects by identifying client needs and creating impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new Appian opportunities

• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals

• Own end-to-end Appian solution architecture

• Mentor Appian developers across projects

• Conduct design and code reviews for quality assurance

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Appian platform experience

• Appian Certified Lead Developer required

• Proven experience in client-facing proposals

• Strong skills in system integrations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
