Project Coordinator

Position: Dynamic Project Coordinator Role
Take on the dynamic role of Project Coordinator, focusing on client-facing IT projects. Collaborate closely with delivery managers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and satisfaction.

You will streamline project management processes by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication. Key responsibilities include organizing project meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring adherence to project delivery standards. You will also lead stakeholder communications to foster alignment and a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery of software and automation projects

• Oversee task management and project scheduling

• Document meeting outcomes and follow-up items

• Monitor progress and resolve project issues

• Facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a support role

• Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, or similar tools

• Exposure to Agile methodologies a plus

• Degree in Business, IT, or related disciplines preferred
