Collaborating with peers, you will support new site setups and lead regular system backups to safeguard data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain operating systems and software applications

• Monitor system performance for troubleshooting and optimization

• Manage user accounts and access rights efficiently

• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery plans

• Collaborate with IT teams for infrastructure setups

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3 to 5 years experience as a System Support Analyst

• Familiarity with Cloud and On-Premises environments

• Knowledge of TCP/IP Network Stack and services

• Valid Ontario driver's license for travel
