Job Qualifications and Responsibilities for Technical Business Analyst:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale technology delivery programs within Banking and Financial space ·
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to define business needs and expected outcomes ·
- Decompose large or unclear initiatives into structured, actionable requirements ·
- Identify and resolve gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies early in the lifecycle Requirements Documentation & Governance ·
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including: o Requirements Management Plan (RMP) o Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) o Detailed Requirements Specifications (DRS) o Agile user stories and acceptance criteria ·
- Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned to business objectives·
- Maintain requirements traceability and support RTM updates and impact analysis ·
- Proven experience with: o Requirements elicitation and documentation (DRS, user stories, RTM) o Agile delivery practices and backlog management o Working across business and technology teams ·
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities ·
- Excellent written and verbal communication—polished, concise, and executive-ready ·
- Experience driving clarity in ambiguous or evolving requirements environments
