Join Dingo Software as an Applications Specialist to deliver cutting-edge customer solutions in the mining industry. This role focuses on configuring Dingo Inspections products for efficient data handling.
As an Applications Specialist, you will play a critical part in digitizing inspection processes and streamlining workflows for clients. Your expertise in customer engagement and project management will help ensure high-quality, on-time project deliveries. You will collaborate closely with both customers and the R&D team to meet technical requirements and drive product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy mobile inspection forms seamlessly
• Gather and document customer requirements clearly
• Manage project timelines and priorities effectively
• Act as a liaison for technical requirements and enhancements
• Assist in the delivery of customer data integrations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum of 2 years in technical roles
• Experience with mobile form platforms preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of APIs and ETL processes desirable
