As an Applications Specialist at Dingo, you will be responsible for delivering successful customer solutions by configuring and deploying our Dingo Inspections product to meet client requirements. You will lead the digitization of inspection forms, replacing paper‑based workflows with streamlined, mobile‑first solutions, ensuring data accuracy and ease of use for field teams. You will also own parts of an end‑to‑end delivery of integration projects — from requirements gathering and design, through configuration, testing, and deployment — ensuring seamless, reliable data exchange between Dingo’s systems and customer environments.

Finally, you will also act as a bridge between customers and our R&D team, ensuring that any platform enhancements or development work are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently. This role combines technical configuration, customer engagement, and project leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives on both hands‑on problem‑solving and ensuring projects are delivered to high quality, on time, and on budget.

• Configure and deploy mobile inspection forms using the Dingo Inspections tool using rule‑based logic to deliver a simple and seamless experience for end users.
• Gather, analyse, and document customer requirements, ensuring clarity for both customer and development teams.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and dependencies to ensure on‑time delivery for multiple customers.
• Act as the liaison between customers and the Product and/or R&D team(s) for technical requirements and platform enhancements.
• Assist with the delivery of customer data integrations (including both inbound data feeds via direct integration or API, as well as outbound integration with ERPs like SAP), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting (including root cause) for integrations and form deployments.
• Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to customer teams on configured solutions.
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation in the integration and form delivery process.

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical field post‑graduation.
• Experience with maintenance and reliability domain specific technology is a strong nice‑to‑have as is previous mining industry experience.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Spanish and/or French capabilities (professional capacity) or better would be a major bonus.

• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple complex projects, prioritizing initiatives, and driving on‑time delivery in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering data integration projects in a SaaS or enterprise software context.
• Experience with mobile form platforms and workflow digitisation.
• Understanding of APIs, data mapping, and ETL processes is a nice to have.

• Hands‑on technical configuration and scripting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in integration scenarios.

• UX/UI design experience (e.g. web forms, simple website design).
• Proficiency in Python for integration scripting and automation is nice to have.
