Senior Network Automation & AI Engineer
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Automation & AI Engineer to drive automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency across our global infrastructure environment. This role is focused on building scalable automation solutions, AI-powered workflows, and self-healing capabilities that improve reliability, speed, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern automation frameworks.
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments.
- Partner closely with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
- Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools.
Technical Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong expertise in:
- Python
- REST APIs
- Terraform
- Ansible
- Git/Git Hub
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience building automation solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, MCP, Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or similar platforms.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including:
- SD-WAN (Velo Cloud preferred)
- Palo Alto Firewalls
- F5 Load Balancers
- Aruba/Cisco Switching & Routing
- Multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Experience supporting large-scale retail or distributed enterprise environments.
