Position: Technical Analyst for Workday Systems
Become a Technical Analyst specializing in Workday systems, based in North York with a hybrid work model. This position requires expertise in Post Production Support and operational excellence.

As a key player in this role, you will engage with cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance business processes. Your responsibilities include managing financial systems, ensuring configurations, and facilitating user adoption through effective training and documentation. You will also engage in project management and scrum activities for smaller initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support financial systems initiatives with stakeholders

• Analyze technological impacts on business processes

• Develop strategies and implement user training

• Create technical documentation and support release readiness

• Handle system updates with minimal disruption

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Finance

• 2+ years of end-to-end implementation experience

• Agile and Waterfall methodology expertise

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
