Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Analyst with a strong ERP background. With 5+ years of application support experience, your focus will be on diagnosing incidents and implementing effective solutions. You’ll also work on configuration changes, perform testing, and provide input for system enhancements based on user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve application incidents and performance issues promptly
• Analyze root causes of recurring problems
• Facilitate configuration changes and functionality updates
• Oversee testing in non-production environments
• Maintain application health through monitoring and maintenance
Requirements:
• 5 years+ experience in enterprise applications support
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Proficient SQL skills for data handling
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics sectors
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
