Join a leading insurance team as a Senior Insurance Representative providing critical support across multiple branches. This role focuses on customer experience, mentorship, and complex solutions while traveling between communities.
As a seasoned insurance professional, you will bring at least five years of experience to the table, enhancing client support for personal, commercial, and specialty insurance products. In addition to expert product knowledge, your responsibilities will include coaching staff, promoting sales, and maintaining seamless service during critical periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer insurance support both on-site and remotely
• Enhance client relationships to meet service targets
• Ensure accurate processing of policies and claims
• Support branches during staffing challenges and transitions
• Facilitate training and mentorship for insurance teams
Requirements:
• At least five years of general insurance experience
• Level 2 license required; CAIB is an asset
• Must possess a valid driver's license for travel
• Advanced understanding of insurance regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
