Buyer for Fleet Safety Products

Become a key player at Safe Fleet, enhancing fleet safety through expert purchasing. This role focuses on supplier relationships, inventory control, and ERP management for seamless operation.

The Buyer position at Safe Fleet requires at least two years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management. You will execute purchasing activities, manage supplier interactions, and ensure accurate inventory data to support business objectives.

Your role is crucial for maintaining high standards in cost control and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete purchase requests and manage delivery schedules

• Monitor material requirements to align with business needs

• Issue RFQs and select suppliers based on quality and cost

• Build effective relationships with suppliers and manage concerns

• Review invoices and authorize payments for purchases

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in sourcing or supply chain management

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of ERP systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
