The Opportunity  Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized and detail-oriented  Parts Operations Administrator  to join our team in  Coquitlam, BC . In this role, you will work closely with the Parts Administration team to ensure prompt and accurate vendor return processing and timely receipt of products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities  As the Parts Operations Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
Manage purchase orders and perform data entry in Microsoft AX ERP system
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address order challenges, delays, and backorders
Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders
Reduce inbound costs through order consolidation and vendor freight strategies
Maintain up to date knowledge of the Parts department and related business processes

Skills & Qualifications  The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
At least one year of administrative and/or customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft AX is considered a strong asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Post-secondary education in business, operations or a related discipline is an asset

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
This is an onsite role based in  Coquitlam, BC .
