Flow of Goods Coordinator

• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and system updates

• Assist in data entry for orders and shipments

• Prepare distribution load-out reports and shipping documents

• Coordinate bookings with freight forwarders and monitor shipments

• Handle customs documentation and verify requirements

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Advanced Excel capabilities and database knowledge

• Category buying/ordering experience

• Capable of managing multiple projects independently

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
