Yard Labourer​/Wash Bay

Pay or shift range: $25.31 CAD to $28.12 CAD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a Wash Bay / Yard Labourer to join our Fleet Maintenance Team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and is open to supporting different areas of the operation as needed.

• Wash and clean fleet vehicles according to schedule, ensuring company standards are met
• Assist Container Maintenance staff with preparing containers for delivery
• Pick up parts and supplies as required
• Assist with inventory tracking and basic data entry when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay, shop areas, and yard
• Support general yard clean‑up and housekeeping duties
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly stored
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable performing physical work in an industrial environment
• Exposure to noise as is common in trucking and shop environments
• Requires outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• $25.31 - $28.12 per hour
