Facilities Services Worker Onsite

Elevate facility maintenance in Coquitlam as a Facilities Services Worker – Projects. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment with various specialized cleaning and operational tasks.

You will excel in a project-centric role, performing significant cleaning tasks using advanced equipment while ensuring safety protocols. This is an ideal job for someone who enjoys comfortable independence during shifts and will actively resolve Facilities-related needs across multiple Lower Mainland locations. Work hours are from Saturday to Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement specialized cleaning including pressure washing

• Safely operate industrial cleaning machines and powered equipment

• Work with Facilities and QA departments for support tasks

• Liaise with external vendors to maintain equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma and 3 years in custodial work

• Required classes: WHMIS, aerial platform, forklift

• Experience in operating cleaning equipment independently

• Understanding of safety procedures and practices
