Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in daily inspections of all operational systems

• Provide guidance to maintenance staff during operations
Requirements:
• At least three years of maintenance management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Basic computer skills essential
• Criminal Record Check clearance required
• Effective communication skills with all levels of staff
