The City of Coquitlam is looking to employ several Maintenance Workers in its Water and Sewer Drainage sections. You will be responsible for hands-on repairs and maintenance of critical infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations of pumps and hydrants. This role requires the use of various tools and machinery to maintain community services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain sewer and drainage systems

• Ensure efficient operation of fire hydrants and pumps

• Utilize hand-held tools and heavy machinery

• Replace damaged mains and valves

• Engage with community members and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education

• Experience with water or sewer systems maintenance

• Knowledge of equipment and maintenance practices

• Valid Class 3 BC Driver's License
