Position: Full-Time Cleaner
Become a key part of Cleantech as a full-time Cleaner in Coquitlam, near Lincoln Station. Ensure the cleanliness of residential common areas and maintain a welcoming environment for all residents.

This position is vital for the maintenance of a 153-unit residential building across 28 floors. You will engage in various cleaning tasks while coordinating with fellow cleaners.

Your role will focus on keeping areas sanitary, replenishing supplies, and responding swiftly to spills and messes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean residential and commercial properties thoroughly

• Replenish essential supplies like soap and paper products

• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming

• Quickly manage spills and maintain safety

• Coordinate duties effectively with other cleaning staff

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial

• Must be reliable with strong communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient English communication skills
