Building Cleaner ; Strata Property

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to join our team at a strata property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall hygiene of the building facilities. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Clean and maintain common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells)
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and carpets
• Clean glass, doors, and fixtures
• Manage garbage, recycling, and compost areas
• Report maintenance issues as needed

• Previous cleaning experience in strata/condo or commercial buildings an asset
• Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must be punctual and trustworthy
