Take charge as a Maintenance Systems & Reliability Lead and drive equipment reliability initiatives in Coquitlam. This role focuses on optimizing CMMS effectiveness and ensuring operational excellence.
In this hands-on position, you will lead the development and ongoing success of our maintenance systems. Your expertise will be crucial in driving reliability initiatives that improve equipment uptime and performance across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement robust CMMS for maintenance excellence
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Analyze equipment failures and lead RCA investigations
• Collaborate with various teams to address equipment losses
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for tracking improvements
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years working with maintenance systems in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of reliability and asset management principles
• Proven success in leading improvement projects
• Comfortable in regulated manufacturing settings
