Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Work Location:
Onsite, Coquitlam and Lower Mainland facilities as required
Salary Range:
$75,500 - $90,000 per annum
In this role, you will:
Lead the development, optimization, and ongoing success of our CMMS, ensuring accurate asset data, effective work management, and maintenance system excellence.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability initiatives that improve equipment uptime and performance.
Analyze equipment failures and reliability trends, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Partner closely with Manufacturing, Packaging, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to identify and eliminate chronic equipment losses.
Develop maintenance KPIs, reporting dashboards, MRO optimization strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.
You have:
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.
3 or more years of experience in maintenance systems, CMMS administration, reliability, continuous improvement, or maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in CMMS platforms, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset reliability principles.
Proven experience leading reliability improvement projects, Root Cause Analysis investigations, and equipment performance optimization initiatives.
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and packaging operations, preferably within food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
