Key Responsibilities:
• Implement robust CMMS for maintenance excellence
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Analyze equipment failures and lead RCA investigations
• Collaborate with various teams to address equipment losses
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for tracking improvements
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years working with maintenance systems in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of reliability and asset management principles
• Proven success in leading improvement projects
• Comfortable in regulated manufacturing settings
