As a Building Cleaner, your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You will be entrusted to clean and disinfect essential areas, including lobbies, washrooms, and inner courtyards. A reliable and friendly approach is essential to thriving in this positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly clean lobby, stairways, and hallways
• Vacuum carpets and mop tiled entrance areas
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and amenities
• Complete exterior inspections and litter removal
• Ensure a welcoming customer-experience attitude
Requirements:
• Proficient communication in English
• Dependable and punctual with a personable approach
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate a 5ft ladder
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
• High school diploma or equivalent
