Hands-On Production Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical sub-units, conducting parts inspections, and actively contributing to process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products

• Build and assemble electro-mechanical subcomponents

• Assist with soldering PCBs and wiring harnesses

• Insert fasteners into mechanical assemblies

• Follow specific assembly instructions accurately

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing assembly

• Strong knowledge of hand-tools and mechanics

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing

• Team-oriented with effective communication skills
