Mahler Machining offers a full-time CNC Milling Programmer/Machinist position on the Day Shift, operating from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of CNC milling programming and setting experience, focusing on tight tolerances with diverse materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC vertical and horizontal machines

• Implement efficient machining and fixturing strategies with Gibbs Cam

• Inspect finished products against technical specifications

• Create setup instructions for Pro Shop ERP

• Ensure workspace organization and perform equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in CNC milling programming and setting

• Proven experience with tight tolerances (microns to 5 thou)

• Familiarity with various materials, including aluminum and stainless steel

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to develop skills in Gibbs Cam
