The Junior Test Baker will work in a multidisciplinary project team for developing new enzymes and ingredients and will functionally report to the Application Scientist.
Key activities for this position include:
- Perform and develop baking tests and instrumental measurements
- Report data in an accurate and precise manner
- Understand bakery process and baking ingredients
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
