Job status: Permanent, Full Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (must be flexible)
Work location: Onsite – Coquitlam, BC or Pitt Meadows, BC (flexible as assigned)
Salary range: $87,000 – $107,000 per year
In this role, you will:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations across Encapsulation, Tableting, Coating, and Blending to ensure production targets, schedules, and resource utilization are met.
- Coach, develop, and support supervisors and teams with a strong focus on people leadership, engagement, and clear communication across all shifts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve yield, and identify opportunities for equipment optimization and preventative maintenance.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance by ensuring adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and all health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and HR to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards and experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on understanding of manufacturing equipment with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and preventative maintenance.
- Proven people leadership skills, with excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
