Your leadership will bring clarity and engagement to teams across multiple shifts, making a tangible impact on operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets

• Coach and support supervisors to enhance team engagement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and waste reduction

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and health standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in supervisory roles in manufacturing

• Strong GMP knowledge and experience

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment

• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
