Night Shift Operations Supervisor

This full-time role from Sunday to Thursday involves guiding a dedicated team on critical manufacturing tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities efficiently and safely

• Supervise and support the manufacturing team’s performance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with root cause analysis

• Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams for seamless operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Post-secondary education in Operations Management or relevant field

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems

• Experience in production planning and basic Microsoft Office
