Job Status:
Full‑time
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am
Work Location:
Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows
- Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Supervise and support a team of Manufacturing employees, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Drive adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards across all manufacturing operations.
- Identify production issues and lead continuous improvement efforts using root cause analysis and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and act as a key liaison to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Post‑secondary education in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
- Experience with production planning/scheduling and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
