As a Supervisor, Operations, you’ll play a key role in driving production success, leading teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld on the shop floor. Job Status:
Full‑time

Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am

Work Location:

Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Supervise and support a team of Manufacturing employees, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Drive adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards across all manufacturing operations.
  • Identify production issues and lead continuous improvement efforts using root cause analysis and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and act as a key liaison to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
You have:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Post‑secondary education in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
  • Experience with production planning/scheduling and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
