RNN Food Supply Ltd. is looking for a F/T Inventory Control Supervisor

Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

30~40 hours/week

Number of Positions: 1

4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

Plan, organize, and oversee the daily activities of staff involved in shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution

Maintain accurate inventory levels of food products and related supplies

Coordinate inventory movement, order processing, and purchasing activities to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries

Oversee daily inventory operations, including dispatching and transportation scheduling

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures, and food safety standards

Conduct regular inspections of storage areas

Resolve work-related issues such as shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply shortages, and prepare reports on inventory discrepancies

Train employees in job duties, safety procedures, and proper handling of food products and equipment

Requisition food supplies and packaging materials based on production needs and stock levels

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and feedback to team members

Experience:

2-3 years of related experience are required

Education:

Completion of secondary school is required
