WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will:

Assembly and Production
Assemble parts and components into finished products following detailed specifications and work instructions
Work with hand tools, power tools, and technical equipment safely and effectively
Rotate across multiple assembly tasks, gaining exposure to different production processes

Quality & Inspection
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects or issues promptly
Maintain a strong focus on precision, quality, and consistency in all work

Team Collaboration & Improvement
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and production environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in product assembly within a manufacturing environment
Post-secondary technical diploma (e.g., electronics, robotics, telecommunications – BCIT or similar)

Experience with electronic assembly, including  soldering (required)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with PCB assembly, wiring, panel assembly, or similar technical manufacturing environments

What does success look like in the first 90 days:
Successfully onboarded and trained across multiple assembly processes
Consistently meeting or exceeding productivity targets based on task completion metrics
Demonstrating strong attention to detail with minimal quality issues
Contributing positively to team collaboration and workflow efficiency
