Position: Port Sanitation Supervisor Role
Lead sanitation efforts as the Sanitation Supervisor at our Port Coquitlam location in British Columbia. Ensure compliance, enhance quality, and promote operational efficiency across the team.

As a vital member of the management team, the Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sanitation operations to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role involves not only maintaining compliance but also developing a culture of continuous improvement among your Sanitation staff. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Operations to achieve business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sanitation results aligning with business goals

• Coach and cross-train sanitation employees for improved performance

• Conduct regular audits and inspections for compliance

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on Standard Operating Procedures

• Partner with chemical suppliers for product reviews and training

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma with focus on food processing or management

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry

• Knowledge of health and safety, HACCP, and GMP required

• Experience managing workforce per Collective Agreements

• Strong leadership and analytical skills
