Position: Night Operations Supervisor for Manufacturing
Step into the role of Night Operations Supervisor at our Coquitlam manufacturing facility. This position is focused on leading teams to achieve production excellence while maintaining safety and quality standards.

In this full-time role, working from Sunday to Thursday nights, you will coordinate manufacturing activities and support your team through hands-on leadership. Your experience will be essential in driving continuous improvement and implementing quality and safety protocols on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operations to meet production goals on time

• Supervise and develop a team of manufacturing employees

• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards

• Lead continuous improvement efforts through effective analysis

• Liaise with various teams for smooth operational flow

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Credentials in Operations Management or equivalent

• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting

• Knowledge of GMP and quality standards

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
