We run a modern, clean shop with 27 CNC machines and a team of over 50 people across three shifts. We’re hiring a Shop Hand to join our production team, assisting with finishing, packaging, incoming inspection, and general shop support in a fast‑paced precision machining environment. This is an entry‑level role – no prior manufacturing experience required. The position is on our Day Shift (Monday‑Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm). We’re hiring for attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

• Perform post‑machining finishing operations including deburring, polishing, and handwork.
• Receive and inspect parts returning from subcontractors.
• Package machined parts according to customer and internal instructions.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure parts are protected and labeled correctly.
• Support general shop needs and basic equipment upkeep.
• Accurately record work and movement of parts in our ERP system (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed.
• Physically able to lift and move parts and packages.
• Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
