Entry-Level Shop Hand Position

Begin your career in precision machining as a Shop Hand with Mahler Machining, working Monday to Friday on the Day Shift. The role includes assisting in finishing, packaging, and general shop activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete finishing tasks, including deburring and polishing

• Receive and inspect parts from subcontractors

• Package parts based on specified instructions

• Prepare shipments and label parts correctly

• Support general shop activities and basic equipment upkeep

Requirements:

• Strong manual dexterity and detail orientation

• Physically capable of lifting and moving packages

• Comfort with basic computer data entry

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Respect for safety standards and procedures
