Mechanical Plumber Shop Foreman

Join Hall Mechanical as a Mechanical Plumber Prefabrication Shop Foreman in Coquitlam and lead a dedicated team. Oversee prefabrication processes and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

In this supervisory role, you'll manage daily activities in the prefabrication shop while planning and scheduling work. You'll be responsible for training apprentices and maintaining high-quality fabrications. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign work to achieve production targets

• Monitor output for quality compliance and standards

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Lead and support a skilled team of welders and laborers

• Manage tool inventory and ensure safe operations

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification in plumbing, pipe fitting, or welding

• Minimum 5 years' experience in prefabrication or industrial environments

• Experience mentoring apprentices and trade staff

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
