Metalcraft Technology is seeking a Laser Punch Assistant for our Punching Department. This role involves assisting with machine operations, loading and unloading sheet metal, and performing quality inspections to ensure top-notch production. If you’re eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing role, this position is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production activities for Laser and Punch Operators

• Load/unload sheet metal materials and finished parts

• Conduct basic inspections with measuring gauges

• Sort and prepare parts for production efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness using 6S standards

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or sheet metal is advantageous

• Read and understand basic drawings and instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality output

• See yourself learning CNC laser operations

• CSA-approved steel-toe boots mandatory
