Position: Foreman for Mechanical Prefabrication Shop
Join Hall Mechanical in Coquitlam as a Mechanical Plumber Prefabrication Shop Foreman! Lead a dynamic team and ensure excellence in mechanical assembly fabrication and staff training.

In your role, you will supervise the prefabrication shop, focusing on production targets, quality control, and employee development. Your expertise and mentoring will foster a growth-oriented environment, supporting apprentices while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate shop work to meet project demands

• Track labor hours and oversee job costing processes

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications

• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Mentor and conduct performance evaluations for shop staff

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification in relevant trades

• At least 5 years in mechanical prefabrication with leadership experience

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Willingness to obtain Forklift Operator Certification

• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and specifications
