Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day campaign execution across the Kirmac, Reborn, and Fleet St. brands. You’ll help create & organize content, manage timelines, coordinate creative partners, and keep projects moving, all while staying true to our brand voice and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute the weekly and monthly marketing calendar across Kirmac, Reborn, and Fleet St.
  • Implement social media posting, community management, and short-form content creation.
  • Support discoverability through Google Business Profile upkeep and basic location page accuracy.
  • Manage marketing requests, timelines, and approvals to keep projects moving.
  • Coordinate with design and web vendors (briefs, tickets, check-ins, QA, file delivery).
  • Support community initiatives and events with toolkits, promotion, and recap content.
  • Produce simple monthly updates on content output, reputation trends, and channel hygiene.
Required Experience and Skills
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in social media management, content creation, and other marketing tasks
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Comfort filming, editing, and producing short-form content
  • Strong organizational skills and project management habits
  • Experience coordinating vendors and managing deadlines
  • Familiarity with website content updates, basic SEO concepts, and digital best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for drafting, repurposing content, summarizing insights, and streamlining marketing tasks
