Gender Equality Research Volunteer Position

You will volunteer to advance Caribbean Vulnerable Communities' research capabilities, focusing on the lived experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community. Your contributions will include reviewing and analyzing critical research documents while supporting ongoing initiatives by the Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Gender Equality. A university degree and relevant experience in diversity advocacy are prerequisites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review literature on LGBTQIA+ experiences in the Caribbean
• Analyze data to support advocacy efforts
• Compile comprehensive research findings for dissemination
• Partner with civil society organizations for impactful outreach
• Facilitate gender-responsive project initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field such as social sciences
• 3+ years of gender equality experience
• Familiarity with LGBTQIA+ advocacy
• Expertise in data analysis methodologies
• Proficient in English at Level 4 or higher
