This position is tailored for an experienced acute care nurse committed to enhancing clinical practice through mentorship. You will collaborate with nurse educators to provide meaningful training, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on mentorship and practice guidance

• Advise on nursing standards and clinical practices

• Facilitate staff development via coaching and evaluation

• Collaborate with teams to enhance learning frameworks

• Identify educational resources and opportunities

Requirements:

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• At least three years of relevant Acute Care experience

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical practice standards

• BC Driver’s License and vehicle access may be necessary
