At our care center, we value a collaborative approach to nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you will engage in patient admissions, care planning, and the administration of medications and treatments. Your expertise in electronic documentation will support efficient healthcare delivery while ensuring positive outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharge processes

• Conduct assessments and manage care planning

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care

• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams

• Lead care conferences and medication reviews

Requirements:

• Registered with BCCNM and in good standing

• Current CPR/First Aid certification mandatory

• Proficient in electronic documentation systems

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred

• Valid Canadian work permit is required
