Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient assessments with precision

• Engage patients and families in care planning

• Lead nursing care coordination and delegation

• Teach health strategies to patients and families

• Maintain detailed documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited School of Nursing

• Active BCCNM registration as an RN

• Openness to completing specialty nursing programs

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Effective communication and organizational skills
