Registered Nurse

Position: Registered Nurse at Retirement Concepts
Elevate resident care standards as a Registered Nurse with Retirement Concepts. In this essential role, you'll supervise care delivery and support residents and staff while adhering to policies.
As a Registered Nurse, you will supervise direct resident care and ensure compliance with established health policies. This role involves coordinating care needs, collaborating closely with LPNs, and managing medication administration. You will also mentor staff members and take part in orientation programs for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate resident-centered care plans

• Support clinical assessments and care plan updates

• Maintain compliance with health standards and policies

• Act as a liaison for families and healthcare providers

• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure incident reporting
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license from BC College of Nurses

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

• Certification in Occupational First Aid and CPR

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal

• Ability to perform essential physical nursing tasks
