Registered Nurse in Transition Line

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to direct care

• Collaborate in developing and executing care plans with families

• Coordinate care by setting priorities and communicating effectively

• Provide educational support to patients and families about care

• Participate in quality improvement efforts and nursing committees
Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• Willing to complete specialty nursing training courses

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

• Effective organizational and prioritization abilities

• Physical capability to handle nursing tasks
