Eagle Ridge Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patient conditions in outpatient settings

• Instruct patients and families on health maintenance and treatment

• Collaborate on care plans with the interprofessional team

• Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately

• Participate in nursing research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Completed nursing program with BCCNM registration

• At least one year of applicable clinical experience

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• Expertise in patient education and engagement

• Capability to prioritize and organize nursing tasks
