Position: Registered Nurse Role in Renal Services
Become part of Fraser Health’s dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Renal Services at Eagle Ridge Hospital, Port Moody, B.C. This part-time relief position requires a focus on patient-centered care.

Your role at the Tri-Cities Community Dialysis Unit involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments and leading collaborative care planning. Ideal candidates will have postgraduate education in Nephrology or a strong desire to pursue it, supported by Fraser Health. You will have an opportunity to impact patient health directly while working closely with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop tailored nursing care plans

• Support inter-professional team collaboration on care strategies

• Coordinate patient care and establish nursing priorities

• Guide patients and families on health maintenance practices

• Maintain detailed records in compliance with healthcare standards

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School

• Current BCCNM registration necessary

• Two years of clinical experience required

• Interested in earning Nephrology certification

• Proficient in initiating and managing IV therapy
