Position: Fraser Health RN Clinical Mentor Role

As a Clinical Mentor, you will function as a clinical resource and leader within the Internal Medicine team. This role focuses on delivering hands-on support and mentorship to nursing staff, enhancing their skills and clinical practice. Collaborate closely with nurse educators and play a key role in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical mentorship and support to nurses

• Collaborate with interprofessional teams for training

• Observe clinical practices and offer interventions

• Support staff professional development through coaching

• Role model best nursing practices in patient care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM

• Three years recent acute care experience

• Demonstrated mentoring and teaching experience

• Leadership training preferred

• Valid BC Driver’s License may be needed
