You will engage in patient assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct health care and treatment to patients
• Assess and document patient health status and treatment efficacy
• Communicate health findings to patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in care planning
• Mentor nursing students as needed
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma
• Current full practicing license with BCCNP
• Training in Crisis Intervention preferred
• First Aid/CPR Certification essential
• Skills to handle conflict and behavioral management
